The room was spacious, very clean and the kitchenette had all the utilities to be able to cook a meal if you wanted .The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. Food could be ordered from restaurants and have a delivery to your room. There was a bus stop close to the hotel for public transport.

We booked here as we were getting married nearby. Staff were very friendly, I had to do a late check in but they ended up staying back as we arrived before they left. The room was clean and spacious, there were a lot of cooking tools which would help if we were staying longer. We were assigned a car park which was very convenient. The balcony on the unit was also great. Overall very happy!

Location was fantastic. Close to Acland st, Botanical gardens and the National Theatre where we went to a show. Only 5 min walk to each. The bed was clean and comfortable. Water was hot. Cookies were yum haha. Delphi was a great host….very helpful and fast replying to our queries. Small quaint and quirky studio. Just perfect. Was going to put the point of no tv in the category of dislikes….but we soon realised that this was a blessing in disguise, it was good to just relax with some music.

Quick check in process - call made by staff was made earlier to confirm stay. Air-Con was switched on when we get in the room. Room appears to be clean. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Mattress nice and firm. Would rate it a 9 if shower pressure is strong.

Room reaked of smoke. When we arrived we brought it the receptionists attention. I was told that they would sort it out in the morning. As non smokers this is not acceptable as we were exposed to the horrific smoke smell the whole night which lead us to check out one night early. I have stayed at quite a few Quest apartments before and this has to be by far the worst.

We had a one-bedroom studio apartment with kitchen. It was located on the ground floor. There was plenty of room in the apartment for us and it was fabulous to have a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge was very comfortable.
