Location is very quiet, away from the city and traffic noise. Spacious parking, very big apartment with modern furniture and appliances. House is recently build so everything is brand new. Bathroom is very big and clean, wifi is fast and stable and heating was already set for our arrival. Apartment has everything you need for your stay but if you decide to have a takeout host will gladly help you with that too. Host is very very nice and kind. She was very interested in our trip because there was a heavy storm during the day with lots of rain and wind. She also left a little present for our kids on our arrival. All in all definetly worth your money and time

I had an excellent stay at this apartment in Graz! The space was super modern and very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the wonderful terrace, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Graz who values stylish, clean, and comfortable accommodation!

It was probably the first place where reality exceeded what was expected from the pictures. The place is furnish very tasty, with was looking as realy good quality materials. The only one thing I would've changed was that we stayed only one night and arrive very late. At the end we were regrating that we have to leave. The parking is also one very good option especialy when so close to the town center.
