It is a great experience that there're lovely vivid bars on the way back to your hotel that you can have your apreSki fun and leave the party and be in your room in max 5 minutes! p.s. Spa is also superb! Snowing outside and you're in the sauna and with few steps ahead, you're outside half naked under the Austrian Alps snow and drinking your warm mint tea...

Fabulous. Very well kitted out rooms. Excellent Linen. Good bathroom. Great spa with indoor & outdoor pool (although no gym). Fantastic breakfast. Well trained and super helpful staff. Located up a hill just up from Kitzbühel. The hotel is a gem.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation. Everything was absolutely perfect and we had no issues at all. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
