Simply amazing! This property is brand new, great apartment, spacious with all the facilities for the best stay in the Albanian coast. The beach access is just amazing and the terrace overlooking the ocean is just perfect. We stayed 4 nights and planned to move around to other beaches, but we ended up staying in everyday as the place is just amazing. The staff is very kind and helpful.

If i come again to Ksamil i am staying in this hotel, all the best recommendations. The hotel is new, it is very clean,smells so good and rooms are cleaned regularly and towels and sheets are changed too.The rooms are very good and nicely designed. The pool is open for use 24/7 which is amazing for a night swim. Staff is so kind and helpful i never experienced such a experience with the hosts/staff, while being sick they offered to go to pharmacy and bring what we need. Breakfast is plentiful and decent.

It was fantastic stay. Apartment locate the center of Sarande. It was very easy to go to Butrint, Blue Eye, Delvina, Gjirokastra and Corfu island. Apartment was spotless clean and comfortable. Supermarkets, Bakeries, Cafes, Restaurants and a pharmacy are all in the walking distance. Attractions of Saranda are just outside of the apartment. And last, the host was extremely nice and friendly. She gave me many nice memories.

The hosts where SUPER nice, they brought us fruits from the beautiful garden when we arrived, they were waiting for our arrival to show us the apartment and give us the keys. We didn't speak the same language at all, but we were able to communicate with each other with a translation app and some gestures and smiles! Super accommodating people, we felt like home! It is a little bit far from the center, but it is really easy to catch the bus, or a ride, from there.
