This was a gem, our favourite stay in all three weeks in Vietnam. The room is super new, modern, with great amenities (ac, heating, shower). The service was first class, the staff are friendly, polite, attentive, and will try their best to accommodate your requirements. Rooms are cleaned upon request which is good. The location is great with easy access to West Lake, lots of shops, cafes, street food, restaurants and shopping centres nearby, as a native I would recommend the location if you prefer to keep a distance from the touristy areas. The property has elevator so don't worry about staying in this 5 storey property. Location was quite but at the same time close to city center. 100% perfect.

Close enough to Old Quarter but I actually preferred the vibe of the neighborhood and cafes/shops around. Such a comfy bed and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Also so comforting to have Netflix to watch at night, a treat since so haven’t watched TV in months of traveling!
