Providing city views and a garden, Madison Urban Stay - Free Massage and Laundry is located in the Ba Dinh district of Hanoi, 2.1 km from Vincom Center Nguyen Chi Thanh and 2.7 km from Vietnam Museum... Our stay couldn’t have been better. We highly recommend Madison Urban Stay. From the very first contact, communication with the team was excellent, and even though we arrived at 3 a.m., we were warmly welcomed with genuine kindness and energy. The hotel offers unlimited bottled water, plus tea and coffee available at all times, which is super convenient. The room was spotless and well organized, and cleaning is done every two days, always leaving everything perfect. The washing and drying machines are excellent, and the kitchen has all the essential items, all new and of great quality. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the curtain is amazing: it completely blocks the light and makes the room cozy and dark. The internet connection is also very good. It only became unstable once during a storm, but the team quickly fixed it. But the real highlight was the massage chair, the reason we chose this room. It was absolutely worth it and made the stay even more incredible. The location is good. The hotel is outside the Old Quarter, so most tours don’t offer pickup directly from there, but you can easily order a Didi, and in about 15 minutes you’ll reach the meeting point. There’s also a market just 100 meters away, as well as several cafés and restaurants within walking distance, which is very convenient. The reception staff are another highlight: always kind, helpful, and very polite. We’ve been nomads for 7 years, and finding accommodations like Madison Urban Stay is rare. They truly made us feel at home, with comfort, care, and attention to every detail during the two weeks we spent there.

Offering quiet street views, Fuji Apartment Hoàn Kiếm is an accommodation set in Hanoi, 1.2 km from Hoan Kiem Lake and 1.4 km from Hanoi Opera House. Ann at the front desk was very helpful. She helped us book outings, she sent out our laundry and was just a great help day or night. The rooms were recently remodeled. It felt clean. There was a stocked kitchen, a separate bedroom and good television. I would stay here again.

Set within 600 metres of West Lake and 1.1 km of Quan Thanh Temple, An Nguyen Lakeside Residence features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Hanoi. I like this hotel/apartment, the hospitality, location, cleanliness and also the service. just one note regarding some of connection to the apps were not allowed to access it but it is okay... I recommend this place to stay longer or if just for a night

Laca Homestay HangDa is set in the Hoan Kiem district of Hanoi, 1.2 km from Ha Noi Railway station, 600 metres from St. Joseph Cathedral and 1.1 km from Hanoi Old City Gate. Everything! This was a gem, our favourite stay in all three weeks in Vietnam. The room is super new, modern, with great amenities (ac, heating, shower). The host and her family are all very nice, accommodating and helpful :)

Phen Art House, Artistic Living in the Heart of Old Quarter provides accommodation located less than 1 km from the centre of Hanoi and features a terrace and a bar. Beautiful place on top of a lovely cafe. Room was perfect, beautiful linen bedding. Staff were friendly and had plenty of recommendations. Traffic was a little noisy at night but that's expected in the area. Would 100% recommend.

2.6 km from One Pillar Pagoda, The Urban Westlake Apartment is set in Hanoi and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Located outside of the old quarter so much more authentic and calm experience

700 metres from Quan Thanh Temple in Hanoi, The Five Suites Lilas features accommodation with access to a sauna, fitness room and steam room. everything was fantastic very new place restaurant on the 12th fool has a great view take your mobile with you as the staff upstairs only speak Vietnamese a small minus they only had one bottle of wine & no beers that were cold we chose from their menu & food was good

Situated within 4.6 km of West Lake and 5.8 km of Quan Thanh Temple, JOY APARTMENT TAY HO offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Hanoi. Excellent location. Park to do exercises right across. English speaking host. Let me stay a couple of hours later than check out. Will definitely come back here.
