I have been traveling in South East Asia for the past few years and found that overall properties are well cared for and the wonderful folks involved in the hospitality industry are so good at being helpful and kind. The Sujet is definitely in this category. The property is beautiful and from the comfortable and airy lobby, to the easy to navigate stairs (I’m on the 3rd floor), to the lovely rooms, this hotel has it all. I’ve been staying in an apartment type of accommodation complete with well equipped kitchenette and enough storage for everything. The room has a fabulous bathroom with a partitioned shower. (Hot water and great pressure). There are bedside tables with lights and outlets! The room has a large window and a small balcony which means that the place always feels bright even when the weather is a bit gloomy. The bed is comfortable and the bedding provides warmth when needed. I always feel so comfortable in this space! (And it is so quiet!) The Sujet is very clean. Le works very hard at keeping everything spotless. The staff are kind and helpful. Lucy,Ngoc Anh, and the entire team are always ready to provide support or just a smiling face at any time of the day. The other fabulous thing about the Sujet is the neighborhood. Huynh Thuc Khang is known for its local restaurants: You can get just about everything on the “must eat when you are in DaNang” lists. And after the second time you eat anywhere you are a friend! Apart from the food, the street also has : a temple, a kindergarten, a primary school, beauty salons, a shop where you can get an Ao Doi made, small well stocked local grocery stores, and a well used city park. And next door the the Sujet is a wonderful Yoga and Pilates studio. There were many days I stayed in the neighborhood. However, the Sujet also has the benefit of being a short walk to the Dragon Bridge and the RiverWalk with its wonderful statues and view of the Han River.

At the aparthotel, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. clean rooms, affordable price, responsive and kind staff (thank you Giang!), nice furnishings (modern and clean aesthetics), close to busy areas (10-15 mins walk), great shower and water pressure, close to airport, comfortable mattress, great washing machine, lots of storage space, functional kitchen, free mini bar on first day; next time I would like to try their larger rooms, higher up with river view; they’re quite new, seems to have opened in mid-2023 so everything feels fresh; gentle reminder that many local hotels including MK charge full stay price up-front upon check-in, so just be prepared for this encounter; behind MK hotel are also many cafes / tea rooms, full of character - different from the My Khe more touristy area but a lot more quiet and residential - which was a plus for us.

Very spacious, kitchen utilities and even a washing machine on the balcony. Location was great, 5 min walk to the beach and within 10 mins of great cafes and restaurants. Rooftop pool very nice to escape the heat and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place more - wish we’d stayed longer!
