The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is in a wonderful location, very central so we were able to visit all that we wanted to on the Outer Banks. There are three balconies which caught the sun at different times of day.

Location was perfect. Directly across from sidewalk leading to indoor pool, but out of range to get golf balls hitting back deck! Events at the Rec Center were lots of fun. Very comfy beds, in apartment.

Location was great, short walk across the parking lot to the beach (our building wasn’t one of the few on the clubhouse side). Website said ocean view but our only view was the building in front of us, but not a big deal. Facilities were great, and we were happy the pool was open in early May.

Our location was so convenient. We were near the main attractions as well as close to the beach. The community was quiet and well kept. It was good to see building in process for future growth. There were pavements for safety while walking through the community. Our facility had a garage which we didn't expect. It was a delightful surprise.
