We absolutely LOVED how perfectly equipped the apartment was! On the first day, we noticed one missing hanger, so we texted the owner—and bam, new ones arrived lightning-fast. Flawless service, period. The communication with the owner was always top-notch too: friendly, attentive, and they jumped to help with any issue, even stuff unrelated to the rental. Location? Couldn’t be better. We walked to the Walk of Fame in no time. Having a dedicated parking spot in the building’s garage was a huge plus, and everything felt brand-new. The pool area is fantastic (love the clubhouse!), and we even got to have packages delivered straight to our door. Just awesome all around!

Very clean, with cold air conditioning, fabulous full kitchen with everything you need. The coffee pot is only a four-cup pot, and a larger one or a Keurig would be nice, but the coffee shops across the street are fantastic as well. Loved the bedding, and the security was great. The location of returning the key was a struggle for us, as we did not have a car and it was not within walking distance. The host was kind to give us extra time for my son to drop the key off for us after he drove us to the airport; he was very accommodating and communicated with us well throughout. I would definitely stay here again.

It is close to many dining choices and feels like you can enjoy the city life and be safe. A short walk to Hollywood blvd and public transportation is easy to get anywhere you need to. The Metrorail is nearby. The apartment building is quiet and secure and easy to access due to the great communication from Matt. There is parking in a designated space in the building's underground garage. The view from the balcony and windows were enjoyable at night and looking right down on the popular Sunset and Vine. The apartment is cozy and great for a couple and maybe 1 child and has wifi, smart TV with popular streaming apps available and all the amenities necessary like fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave (could use a blender), dishes, dishwasher, washer/dryer, shampoos, hairdryer and iron. The bed is very soft with mattress topper and the pillows too. We enjoyed the hot tub down by the pool at night. I would stay here again!
