We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely kind, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome. There was complimentary coffee, tea, and water available throughout the day, which was a really nice touch. Breakfasts were pleasant and offered a good start to the day. Our room was clean and comfortable, with no issues at all. Every day, it was thoroughly cleaned, and we received three fresh bottles of water, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly during our entire stay. But the absolute highlight was the rooftop terrace — it had a stunning view of Istanbul and was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommended — we’d definitely come back

Room 301 was stunning! Overlooking the ocean, the room was spacious and comfortable. Everything felt like home, we really enjoyed this stay. Staff were attentive and accommodating; any request was granted. Really special stay to close out our trip to Turkey; we would definitely stay here again.

The staff were nice, especially Haider, and they were all helpful. We had a good comfortable stay and would recommend the place.

All of them from the bell boy to the reception to the general manager. Rooms are extremely clean, bathrooms spotless. The amenities really helped during our long stay, we could buy our own groceries and prepare our own breakfast. The fridge really helps and the washing machine too. Security was tip top, there was a smoke smell in the walkway which we didnt smell but the reception person made sure to knock on our doors in wee hours just to make sure everything is safe. We really appreciated the security here in this residence hotel. We also left our luggages for a few days to fly to cappadocia, and took our luggages when we came back 3 days later. This has helped us tremendously as we got to fly to cappadocia with light luggages instead of carrying all the big luggages. Thank you so much to all the personnel in this place. Really amazing service. Wifi works great. There are areas at the lobby for me to work with plugpoints all around and bonus cafe to get coffee while working. Housekeeping also makes the bed super neat everyday, the sink is always clean. Kudos to the whole team in this residence.
