From the moment of entrance, the staffs were very accomodating. All of them from the bell boy to the reception to the general manager. Rooms are extremely clean, bathrooms spotless. The amenities really helped during our long stay, we could buy our own groceries and prepare our own breakfast. The fridge really helps and the washing machine too. Security was tip top, there was a smoke smell in the walkway which we didnt smell but the reception person made sure to knock on our doors in wee hours just to make sure everything is safe. We really appreciated the security here in this residence hotel. We also left our luggages for a few days to fly to cappadocia, and took our luggages when we came back 3 days later. This has helped us tremendously as we got to fly to cappadocia with light luggages instead of carrying all the big luggages. Thank you so much to all the personnel in this place. Really amazing service. Wifi works great. There are areas at the lobby for me to work with plugpoints all around and bonus cafe to get coffee while working. Housekeeping also makes the bed super neat everyday, the sink is always clean. Kudos to the whole team in this residence.

Our stay at White Palace Haliç was truly outstanding. We visited as a family and couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The location is absolutely TOP, making it easy to move around and explore the area. A special highlight was the reception staff, who are also the owners. They were incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The Russian lady at breakfast was wonderful so friendly, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed to start our day right. Breakfast was delicious thanks to her kindness and service. We also want to mention the maid from Pakistan (sadly we don’t recall her name). She kept our rooms perfectly clean every day and treated us with such respect and friendliness. Overall, everything was perfect, and we definitely recommend White Palace Haliç to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a fantastic location. 10/10 we will definitely come back!

Emir and the rest of the team were exceptionally hospitable and helpful. They were available to provide assistance around the clock and never hesitated to help when they could. The location of the hotel was great - it was quiet but not too far from the main attractions. The Junior Suite was spacious and well-furnished.

Que fuese un piso y con la atención de un hotel. Las instalaciones. Las vistas Muy bonitas con la ciudad y el atardecer.

İstanbul Guesthouse ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado en el centro de Estambul, a 10 min a pie de Plaza Taksim, a 900 metros de Estación de metro Taksim y a 8 min a pie de Avenida Istiklal. We stayed 4 nights in the top apartment. The 2-level accommodation was amazing. Well equipped, clean, quiet, air-conditioned. The highlight is the roof terrace with a great view of the Bosphorus (well, you can't see Fatih very well though). The stay was great and we would love to come back!
