We parked on the main street just in front of the house, which, in the period we were there (mid March) was safe and easy. We were on the ground floor, so, in the evening, we could hear the appartments above us pulling the chairs and other pieces of furniture. Nothing really bothersome. All in all, it was a very comfortable option for our stay and we enjoyed it. The owner is also very helpful and responded very quickly every time when we contacted him.
