A/C for each room is nice and it's nice and cool. The Host was amazing in trying to resolve an issue for me and is very communicative. Bathroom is very nice.

Simple Haven at Inspiria Davao Beside Abreeza Mall - Fully Equipped Studio by Rico ligger i Davao City, 2 minutters gang fra Abreeza Mall og 2,7 km fra SM Lanang Premier. My Filipina fiancé and I stayed at this condo for 10 days. We had absolutely a wonderful time. Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. This condo unit is first class – welcoming, extremely clean, luxurious, comfortable, quiet and packed full of amenities. The kitchen was filled with all of the amenities needed. We can cook like home with all the utensils. The bed is comfy and spacious, you can get a great night sleep. The internet is fast, we didn’t experience any issue. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. You can see the view of Samal Island from there. We loved having our coffee there every morning and chilling while drinking cold red horse in the afternoon. We have several pictures from the balcony that are just dreamy because you can see lights around the city at night. The condo itself is comfortable, nicely decorated and everything you need is there. This place has an easy access to the malls, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, night market and church. The service from the owner/ property manager were just great! Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our overall experience with staying here was awesome and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place at a very reasonable price. We can’t wait to stay here again when we go back to Davao City. Thank you, Simple Haven Condo! 11/10 for me.
