On top of all the comfort and elegance, the hospitality and helpfulness were out of this world. Breakfast was always delicious and could even be delivered to our room for free, anytime we wanted. In the evenings, there was room service with all the mouthwatering dishes from the hotel’s restaurant downstairs – such a treat! The beds were heavenly, and the apartment had everything you could possibly need if you wanted to cook for yourself. Everything was spotlessly cleaned every single day – they even did the dishes for us, which is truly unheard of! From our room, we had a beautiful view of the busy street, but thanks to the excellent soundproofing, we barely heard a thing. And then, the cherry on top: my partner accidentally left her rings behind in the room, and before our flight had even departed, a staff member personally came to the airport to return them to us for free! That level of hospitality is simply unmatched. Wow, wow, wow – this hotel completely blew us away!

The apartment had all the amenities I needed, and I especially appreciated a cozy balcony, strong Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen. I loved the spacious 2-room suite with a separate living room and bedroom. Both rooms were very large and comfortable. The rain shower was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond—one even gave me his personal number, helped me on his day off, and offered to take me shopping for the best local deals. Truly outstanding service. A special shout out to Redone. Gave me his personal phone number and even helped me on his day off. In addition offered to take me shopping on his only day off in the week for the best deal the CUSTOMER SERVICE with this hotel is second to none! Oh, and did I mention how comfortable and cozy the bed is.

This recently renovated aparthotel is located 3.5 km from Dar el Makhzen and 3.6 km from Kasbah Museum. The property is fitted with a year-round outdoor pool with a pool bar and is situated 2.5 km from American Legation Museum. Maryam and the other staff were VERY helpful, responsive and lovely! The entrance was neat and cute. A riad just behind, next to the general breakfast kitchen but you can also just sit and relax anytime in the day. We generally prefer apartments to hotels on holidays, and this was perfect. The kitchen had a hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. They also provided cutlery, plates and cups. The sitting room was perfect. Could cast from my phone to the tv so I could just pick up from movies on my device, but they also had the tv apps signed on with their own login. There was also a tv in the bedroom. Good lighting ALL around the apartment . Heater/AC in the apartment The apartment smelled lovely The water pressure in the shower was amazing and hot water was hot. Towel dryer the bathroom too. The sitting room and bedroom had shutters so it could be nighttime anytime you wanted and it also shut out the outside noise and gave privacy. We had someone come in to clean when we were out, which was a pleasant surprise as we expected that since it was self catered, we would do the cleaning. Location wise, very convenient as it’s located in a residential area in the middle of Tanger and easily accessible to the beach, mall, old town and city centre. Overall, ABM house made our stay a lovely one. I recommend.
