The rooms are very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff – all young, cheerful, and welcoming. The hotel is located on the third floor of a historic residential villa/building, adding a unique charm to the stay. Breakfast was decent – nothing exceptional, but it included all the usual items. That said, there are many lovely cafés, pastry shops, and places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner just steps away. A notable convenience is the garage service, available for €30 per night (more for larger vehicles). You simply arrive at the hotel, and the reception contacts the garage. They pick up your car and return it whenever you need it. All in all, we loved it

Everything was perfect. the room was clean, all the utensils, cookware all in the kitchen looks new. they gave me a welcome wine bottle. bathroom is spacious. there were washing machine and dryer at the basement , u have to download the app to pay when usiing them. the staff were very friendly too. i would definitely stay here again when i visit florence again. superb!!

The property was quiet and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was in relatively close proximity to the beach. Air conditioning in the unit was very effective!

Offering free garage parking and Wi-Fi, La Farina Apartments offers modern apartments with an LCD TV, just 1 km from central Florence. Florence Campo di Marte Station is a 5-minute walk away. I absolutely loved La Farina Apartments! It’s furnished so beautifully, it’s extremely comfortable, it has a full kitchen and nice big bathroom. The shower gets very hot just the perfect temperature for me. It felt very safe there; the building stays locked and you use your key to give you access inside the building. The lock was a bit tricky to figure out to my apartment but the reception was extremely helpful in every sense! They give you every detail that is needed. Also the light system in the apartment is really good!! I would definitely stay here again whenever I am in Florence!

Set in north Florence, Residence Leopoldo is 100 metres from the tram stop T1 for Santa Maria Novella Train Station. It offers ultra-modern apartments with free Wi-Fi, LCD TVs and DVD players. Thanks for Marinella, her welcome, her advices about everything, her printing pdf pages and so on. The flat is very nice and the street very quiet : there are no car driving on it. The hotel is close to the center of the town.

Only a 5-minute walk from San Vincenzo’s sandy beaches, Residenza Santa Cecilia boasts a heated indoor pool, hot tub and sun terrace, equipped with sun loungers. Beautiful accommodation and location, host very welcoming and helpful, after a week in a motorhome and second rate rv parks this was pure luxury, easy walking distance to everything, loved San Vincenzo itself, think it might be my new happy place, definitely recommend.

Palazzo Gamba is located right in front of Florence's Cathedral. It offers uniquely designed apartments with air conditioning and fully equipped kitchenette. The position was amazing, and the staff was incredibly proactive!

Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. Property was beautiful! The view from the pool was absolutely stunning as the sunset , and at night to look at the stars!

The property was close to everything. It is an ideal location 1-2 min walk to duomo, 5 to 7 min walk to major shopping areas. Lorenzo was a good host. He greeted us when we got there. The rooms are very clean.

I like that the place is very clean and the toilet is super spacious! The owner is super friendly and helpful! She recommended nice breakfast spots and gave us super clear instructions.. Such a nice neighborhood to stay in Florence.
