There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel provides rooms with air conditioning, available on site private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We had a great stay at Palazzo Ricciardi in Lecce. The rooms were airy and comfortable, and we were able to cook several meals in the kitchenette, make coffee every morning and relax on the patio outside the kitchen door. The washer and dryer are located on the 3rd floor, and there is a very spacious rooftop patio for all the guests to use. Our hosts Sergio and Caesar were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely responsive to any questions or requests we had (it got chilly on some nights and they were able to get us extra comforters for our beds, etc.), plus gave us excellent advice about off the beaten path places to visit (such as Galatina that had the best Pasticiotto ever!). I highly recommend Palazzo Ricciardi with its unique blend of old world charm and modernity!

We absolutely loved our stay in Otranto and San Pietro exceeded our expectations! The apartment was spacious, modern, clean and had everything we needed (including a washing machine which is always handy). The bathroom similarly was great. The roof top terrace with a spectacular view of the sunset was also a highlight. Guilia, our host went above and beyond, allowing a very smooth check in, providing a parking permit, checking in regularly and providing a towel change on the third day. Highly recommend San Pietro Otranto!

There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The pool, the sport fields and their opening hours were unique, it was a heaven for the kids. There are beautiful beaches in a few kilometers (1 of them is in walking distance). The staff is incredible, very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was really fresh and varied. The beds were extremely comfortable as the entire accommodation. Otranto is only a few minutes away and offers excellent evening restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Great design and big rooms, it looks as good in real life as on the pictures. Sauna and jacuzzi were a pleasant bonus! All in all it was a perfect place to spend our holiday.

The host was very friendly. We got recommendations on the beaches and eating places like an itinerary. The Haus was very nicely done with a lot of facilities. Very nicely decorated, gave a feel of home. We had a washing machine and a dishwasher. It was clean and well equipped. The host offers a delivery service if needed for pizzas or pasta from a local restaurant without extra charge. The private parking was inside the property and very private,with security cameras everywhere, so the whole place is very safe and secure.
