Beautiful apartment that smells of jasmine and lemons. Stani is very helpful! He suggested many interesting places and arranged for a car rental. We highly recommend this apartment! Simply an amazing place to stay. The hosts are so kind and helpful with everything. The location could not be better. Just a short walk from the lively ferry port and the main street, but very quiet and with a beautiful view over the sea. After reading other reviews we expected to climb up a mountain to get to the residence. As Norwegians we are used to hills, and we almost laughed when we walked up. It’s just a short and cozy walk up from the ferry port. We will definately stay here again when we come back to Ischia. Top tip: Rent a scooter or E-bike to explore other parts of the Island. You can park it safely outside the residence.

Villa Olivia has the most beautiful pool and garden area of any holiday property I've ever stayed in. And you can pick lemons and fresh herbs from the garden. There are stunning views wherever you look. And a Japanese foot massage bath! The view over the sea from our balcony was my favourite, especially at sunset. Olivia and her lovely father Giuseppe could not have been kinder or more helpful, they go all out to make your stay a blissful one. Bear in mind the walk down to the beach although short (10-15 minutes) is quite steep. The walk into the centre is easier and takes about the same length of time. As others have pointed out, parts of the road have no pavements. It didn't bother us because we got used to that holidaying in Croatia. The beach Spiaggia Chaia is beautiful. The water is calm and shallow, so good for children. Lastly there's a spa supermarket right next door.

The place has such a welcoming, family-run atmosphere, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They helped us with renting a car and scooters, gave great local tips, and truly made us feel at home from the first day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful views and everything you could ask for during a stay on Ischia. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, we left with great memories and the feeling that we’ll definitely come back. Thank you to the whole family for your warmth and care! 💙
