The accommodation comes with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a hair dryer, while the kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven and a toaster. A fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware are also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the aparthotel, units have bed linen and towels. In all our previous stays in Iceland we stayed in isolated houses in the country so it was a bit strange to enter an apartment building but the interior was fine. The kitchen was equipped and the bedroom was simple but fine. The amazing parts were the bunk and the jacuzzi that excited so much the kids that made also our stay easy and joyful!!

This aparthotel includes 1 bedroom, a living room and a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided in the aparthotel. This aparthotel is non-smoking and soundproof. We were on 3rd floor. It was very quiet and nice. The property is in within a 15 minute walk from the center - close to local grocery stores, Krónan, Hagkaup and Bónus and the local "shopping mall" Glerártorg. Extremely helpful and resourceful host Einar, who for for example shipped a new TV remote by airplane within the day when the remote broke down. Very clean and newly furnished apartment, great for our family of 4, with kids aged 11 and 14. We did not try the hot tubs. We highly recommend this apartment.

We use this apartment hotel almost always we travel to Akureyri. The location is great. In the center of town and close to the great swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and guest beds are great for teenagers. Good to have a fridge as well.

Stunning view from the apartment. Would be ideal for spotting the Northern LIghts at the right time of year. Lovely deck looking over the water - perfect for an evening drink. Well appointed kitchen for self-catering. The host family live on the property so were available if we needed anything.

Tiny cabin with bunk beds for kids and sofa bed for two adults. Beautiful views of Hvammstangi cabins are just outside the village cosy one night stop for a family of four. Very clean. Basic kitchenette which was great as we were self catering.

I was impressed with the proactive communication, and the room was excellent. It was very well setup for self catering, spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking is easy on the street outside. The wifi was great, we thought the design and layout worked well. I would stay here again. The apartments are close to the whale watching tours (we went twice), and the Nesti supermarket is a short drive. We also drove around to Asbygri from the apartment. Self checkin was easy.
