It is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We also enjoyed the electric barbecue. The beach is just opposite the street. It has a lot of stones and seaweed. About 4 minutes walking from the apartment is a bakery and a small grocery shop. You have the option of choosing bed options. Staff from the Hotel Tettola is managing the apartment complex - congratulations for a nice venue. Everything is very professional. We had an excellent stay.

Brandnew kitchen, nice bathroom, comfortable bedroom and nice living room. Great pool. Amazing that they care for the environement (water use etc). A really nice place. 10 minutes drive to a very beautiful beach.

It was a very relaxing stay. If a quiet neighborhood with the sound of sea waves at your doorstep and sunlight filtered by pine tree branches is what you want then this is the perfect spot. When we were not on day trips, we spent most of our time on the terrace. The beach is decent enough for sunbathing and a swim. P.s. it is clean and well equipped.

It was well appointed with pots, dishes, utensils, beach towels, soap and shampoo, really everything one needs. We loved the huge balcony overlooking the town and the sea. Denissia was super helpful with her beach and restaurant suggestions, as well as her pastry deliveries every morning. We highly recommend!

Newish, modern design, ocean view, short stroll to boardwalk and town center yet in a quiet neighborhood. It Had protected parking with two free charging stations. Someday our fellow citizens will learn to share these spots instead of simply plugging in and staying put for 2-3 days; ugh! Modern design, plumbing and fixtures. Nice galley kitchen with small dorm-style refrigerator. Short walk to the beach and it’s 3 restaurant/bar options. There are also many beautiful isolated beaches a short drive from town so don’t feel you are stuck if the local beach is too crowded. The building’s infinity-style swimming pool is large and nice and well used with a big shallow section for kiddies yet enough left for moderate adult lap swimming. Oh and there is a big modern grocery on the edge of the other side of town. Much like a US Wegmans or Whole Foods. Variety, quality, scale and plenty of ready to eat fresh items. Large fresh fish section. The Nice ferry docks at ille Rousse so next time we may skip the car rental and ferry, taxi to the condo and not go anywhere for the duration
