We were a group of 4 people including a 1 year old child, and this place was perfect for us. The infant slept in a baby cot and by her side I slept on a sofa bed, which was very comfortable :) We also liked the kitchen which had enough equipments. Upon checking in, I realized I made a mistake (100% my fault), but the receptionist Claudia kindly tried to solve the issue for more than one hour. We truly appreciated her support!

So good, nothing complain, so so good. Everything was prepared properly and nice cozy bed, super super clean, spacious bathroom, powerful hair dryer, smooth check-in(they even offered me early check in), nice staff, I will book Sercotel again for next trip at Spain. Superb location convenient for getting everywhere we wanted on foot. Beautiful property. Very clean, safe, comfortable and everything we needed in terms of facilities. The kitchen facilities were very handy (dish washer, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine). The member of staff (Gemma) that greeted us and showed us around was delightful. Gemma was very friendly and helpful in terms of explaining the facilities and providing recommendations for restaurants etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.
