Everything was a dream!! Service from all staff was perfect, they accomodated various requests, the breakfasts served to the appartment were amazing, everything was clean, we had all the needed also to cook food for dinners in our rooms and asked for raclette/fondue sets and enjoyed nice meals. Upon check in, we were welcomed with wine and chips to celebrate our stay in Zermatt. The apartment and terrace was very spacious and confortable. We will definitely come back and recommend to friends!

The other reviews talked about how great he was but I didn't realize just how wonderful this man is until we checked in and he spent 30 minutes of his time making sure we were well informed and just chatting about the area. My partners $400 ski jacket was left behind by accident and Richard offered to mail it to me as soon as I reached out and asked. I paid for the postage of course but he went out of his way to go to the post office and spend time shipping it off.

The wooden house is modern, very well-equipped, and clean. The view from the cabin is absolutely stunning – a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The communication with the owner was great, and he was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The surrounding area is breathtaking and peaceful. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!

Our host (Joel and Magdalena) were amazing they arranged a taxi to pick us up from the train station. Joel meet us at the apartment, show us through the beautiful apartment and how to use everything. The accommodation is a new build beautifully decorated with a Wellness centre over looking Matterhorn, we had a yummy home cooked breakfast included deliver to our room. The location is central easy access to village and train station. We will be back!!
