Overall, my experience at Icon hotel was excellent couldn't say a fault about it, the staff at the reception, were really helpful and always greeted you with a smile. The apartment was spacious, and the beds were really comfortable. Whenever i return to Dubai i will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was clear, organised and very kindly welcomed and support from the manager every moment during the day. It was a nice location near to Dubai mall and metro. Also the building was included pool, restaurant and a market downstairs.

We loved the family friendly atmosphere, the overall cleanliness and the beautiful decor, as well as the Christmas decorations in the lobby and restaurant that seemingly went up overnight. :) The rooms were very spacious, grandeur, and completely sound proof. We slept so soundly. The sea view was amazing. Lin was our waitress almost daily in the Seven Seeds restaurant, and she was very kind and always remembered what we liked to order. The food was absolutely delicious, thank you to the chef. My 4 year old son saw him in the elevator and was so happy to meet him. Housekeeping (Dipesh and Dilwar) made sure we had everything we needed every day. The luggage was delivered to and from our room easily for us, rides were arranged for us, and valet was very efficient and careful with the cars. The tram is located directly at the hotel, which was also convenient. Avani Kids and the pool was really fun for my son, also. We checked in around 4am and the employee was very patient with us. The staff at the lobby are so kind and helpful. Everyone we encountered this week was amazing!

Suites include a balcony, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate living area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. All suites are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. They exceeded our expectations starting with services provided and ending up with the personnel. Awesome!

The hotel features certain rooms with city views, and each room is fitted with a balcony. All guest rooms will provide guests with a desk and a coffee machine. The place was lovely,clean and the staff were very hospitable.Room service staff were very welcoming and exceptional.The breakfast was good but they could do better for a hotel of their stature and increase on the varieties.
