Very welcoming, kind, and helpful staff. The apartments are comfortable. The location is great for daily walks to Ancient Town. And breakfast was delicious! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place for families!

We loved everything, the Staff especially. They couldn't do enough for us. Cold towel to refresh when we came back from shopping and a refreshing tea...superb ! Lift to our room. Aircon and ceiling fan in room, excellent. We will be back! Real value for $. Our beautiful reception attendant was a beautiful person and we gave her 10/10. Like being at home this place. Very clean and over a 4 night stay they cleaned the room and changed our bed. Amazing!

The staff was great! Super helpful, both the woman at the reception and the security at night. We did laundry for a very small amount of money and the clothes were super clean, folded etc. The hotel is very good.

Perfect location (literally at the beginning of old town!), beautiful and quiet room, comfy wide bed, modern bathroom with closed shower (!) and smart tv - all that we wanted! Great hosts, spacious room, balcony, delicious food, Wi-Fi 50+ Mbps (down-stream and up-stream). I came without any expectations and stayed for extra few days. Cham Island is a nice place just to do nothing or to live and work as I did. And I think it's even better off-season, without crowds. I went almost every day to Stone Giant Beach to splash and to have my coconut, then took coffee on the main street of Bai Huong village and then had a home-made dinner. Communication is the key since hosts don't speak English. So, open Google Translate and don't be shy to ask -- for coffee, fruit or even lobster. Another bonus is a nice Buddhist temple just in front.
