Breakfast was amazing, there was even a live cooking desk to grab varying frood from. The rooms were good, had everything one needed and the bed was comfy. Location wise its literally next to the beach.

Receptionists were all lovely and all staff encountered. Food was delicious, great breakfast buffet with food constantly topped up and fresh. Lots of hot and cold options. Room was beautiful and very clean and tidy. Very modern. Air conditioning in the room. Shower was lovely.

Everything. The premises are fabulous. Attention to detail when it comes to decor is second to none. Bedrooms were immaculate, bathrooms clean and the outside area is beautiful with plenty of various seating options. The staff were very helpful. The owner offered to pick us up from the train station when he heard my mum had Alzheimer's and walked rather slow.

Located in a quiet part of the resort Międzyzdroje, Villa Modiva offers stylish accommodation. The town centre is 800 metres away and a beach is just 50 metres away.

Big apartment, very clean, breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing, as delicious as it can be. There is so much content for the children, location is great, Taverna restaurant nearby also amazing. 10min by foot to the nearest beach. Such an awesome price performance ratio. We will definitely be back.
