good position, you can easily access to Bocas town (Isla Colon); there is a small beach in front; the stuff cleans everyday apartmant and the area in front and aroud hotel; easy comunication; good value for the money

I loved the location and how easy it was to get to, It was still quite a bit of distance from the major bars and noise points so the nights were quiet and you could get a good rest, however, it was still close enough to a place to swim, bakeries and stores, as well as the main park in walking distance that you did not have to worry about anything. The staff was great, they were so attentive and nice, when we had the issue with the Mini apartment their first reaction was to help, we asked to be upgraded and we would pay the difference, however, they said it was okay and upgraded us for free. Not only did they upgrade us for free but they also gave us the time in which the room would be ready to transfer, and since we were going to be out for a tour, they helped us move all the bags, so when we arrived everything was set, even the refrigerator stuff we had was in the fridge as well, so we had cold water! The apartment overall was huge, it was an amazing upgrade, the kitchen, bathroom, and beds were even better, and the tables as well. They give you the towels and soap so it was nice to not have to pack much. The apartments are inside and they have a little fence and it made me feel so much more secure. They also have so much information about the island, I asked where was the closest place to swim so that we didn't have to walk much and they gave us very detailed info about it, it worked great because we managed to get such a great tour thanks to them. But overall I would definitely come back to this place, I loved it, and my family loved the stories and are planning to visit too, I am so thankful to the hosts for making this experience greater than we expected.
