Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk are amazing. I had a lovely and pleasant stay, the room was comfy and clean. Moreover the kitchen amenities in the room are really helpful to have your meals and also the chances to prepare your own meal.

Excellent location. Cottage well equipped and clean. Meals good and plentiful. Kind owner. If you don't feel too confident in driving on the sand then ask someone to come and drive for you. Getting there is quite challenging and in my opinion a regular SUV may be too weak (which doesn't mean you won't get there - it will just be difficult).

Just a 5-minute drive from Grand Mall, Al Ferdous Hotel Apartments occupies a beachfront location in Muscat. It offers warmly decorated apartments with free Wi-Fi.

The location is excellently accessible by rental car. If you travel by public transport, accessibility is less comfortable than with a private car, but it is still not a problem. The accommodation is easily accessible from the airport. The accommodation is comfortable and convenient, comfortable beds, air conditioning, a kitchenette for preparing breakfast. Shopping and dining are possible not far from the accommodation. there is also a gas station and a car wash nearby. The hotel staff is excellent. Here, our guest comes first. We enjoyed our stay with my partner very much.

Friendly staff, good location,no fuss just a smooth checkin and check out. Apartments were old but clean. Wifi works well and amenities were available.
