I cant remember if I ever rated something with 5 stars, but here its really deserved. We had many little additional requests that would be easily declined in European countries or only with additional costs. But the staff in this hotel didnt hestitate to help us whereever they could and were overal extremely polite and helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly and gave advice on which buses to use to save money, checked on me when I saw them and offered plenty of fresh water. Clean apartment much larger than expected. The hotel in a convenient location, walking distance to half a dozen restaurants, supermarket and Darsait shopping centre. A very quick drive into the old city of Mutrah and Muscat

Everything is excellent, spacious rooms , perfect location , friendly staff Only there's 1 small point for improvement, which is the wifi connection range . The wifi signal is good and strong , but the range isn't covering the whole apartment

The staff generally are so kind, supportive and friendly. Mike at the reception is so excellent and willing to assist where possible. The cleaners and butlers are also very good and helpful too.
