A lovely clean and modern flat at the northern edge of Tamraght. Oumaima is a clever young woman who speaks perfect English and runs the property on behalf of her mother who is a doctor. It was a pleasure to support her business and to interface with her, super helpful, friendly and flexible. The place is just perfect for a quality stay in the area, whether you are interested primarily in surfing or spending time in the restaurants and bars in the area. If you haven’t been in the region for some time (like me) you’ll be amazed how much it’s changed. You can’t get better value than this spot: most places in town are either cheap and cheerful (but rough) surf hostels or new luxury developments, Oumaima’s place is a the perfect in between for a normal human being to enjoy some great comfort without breaking the bank. Best things about the place: the bed is ULTRA comfortable and there is a washing machine, so useful after days at the beach. My new fave spot in Morocco, highly recommended.

Nice, spacious, clean rooms, a swimming pool, not the largest, but perfect for cooling off on hot days, and there's always a lifeguard, so no worries about your child's safety. The property is located near the beach.

The hotel is close to the beach, it has a good sized pool. We ordered breakfast and dinner and it was a great choice as both were plenty and really tasty. The breakfast has the sweet selection of pancakes and cakes, but the also offers all sort of vegetables, omlett, cheese and even cottage cream cheese. The dinner menu is a 3-course-meal, with 2 options each but as I am vegetarian, the staff was ready to fulfill all my requests and provided the necessary amount of protein of my choice too. We had to take an evening walk on the shores after dinner, it was so filling and delicious. The waiters and the chef were super attentive and communicative. The wifi was available throughout the entire hotel. Maybe not stable enough all the times, especially if many use it the same time in the evening, but we could easily manage by reconnecting again. We were even swimming in the pool in the first week of December, however the water is chilly, but for a fast dip and for a 10 minutes refreshing swimming it was superb. There was enough space around the pool and we loved the most that it was calm to rest there. Only some songs were played in a low volume, so it was really chill. One afternoon one of the neighbouring hotels has pool activities, I cannot imagine how those guests can rest if in another hotel we heard that terrible noise (luckily that was only in the afternoon for 2-3 hours). I was grateful for the calm atmosphere. The room seems to be soundproof (we had a junior suite on 4th floor, with partial ocean view) as we could not hear any noise during the evings. That was a huge plus too as some places can be super noisy. The apartment was well equipped, the kitchen too, but we did not cook anything. The bed was comfortable plenty of pillows, extra blanket etc. in case you nee that. Administration (invoice, printing the boarding passes, managing the cost of drinks we had for dinner (cofee, tea, water) was smooth. It was a great choice to book this hotel.

Exceptional location and I like the maze structure and the sentorini vibe. Its a very old property, the furninishing and washroom things were very old but functional (we took two rooms both met our expections). In both rooms we had a induction cooktop which worked and some basic utensils. Many people complained but we were here to chill and order food from outside, whatever was there was sufficient to make breakfast. The pool was very nice to me but it was quiet deep. The cleaning staff came multiple times and gave toilet papers, soaps and gels. Many cats roam around and some will come to your roam if you invite. So BIG PLUS FOR CAT LOVERS. They have a porter to take luggage, expect to pay some tips. I carried myself (there are a lot of stairs here and there so you have to be physically fit), I am not sure if they have wheelchair friendly rooms as I could not personally see. Also there is a childrens pool. Having said that you wont enjoy your honeymoon here(if you cant afford a resort in agadir, then just go to some other affordable place), but if your goal is to chill (its also walkable to the beach, and from my room window I could see the sunset in the sea the golden hour view was gorgeous). There is working refrigerator also so you can keep some perishable items as well. Each room has a wifi router but when i tried to connect with the password mentioned it did not work, may be some guest changed, I did not ask for help as I had orange and got the best reception here in all of morocco i travelled. (> 20mbps).
