The beach was nice, the entrance in the water was a bit rocky and sudden. The rooms and kitchen were nice, as expected. Entertainment was decent. The garden is very beautiful, with parrots.

This is a small resort so even when fully booked in July it didn’t feel busy at all. A nice peaceful place to stay with friendly staff, a nice pool, a lovely pool bar where we got our breakfast each morning, and a great location. The use of pool towels and free umbrella/beds on the beach was a great bonus. The walk to their section of the beach (shared with their sister resort) is about half way along the beach so not at the nearest part of the beach but we didn’t mind the walk, and it was conveniently located right next to a beach bar/cafe. Green village resort rooms are clean, and fairly basic but have everything needed and exactly what we expected. Very handy for a stroll into Villasimius for dinner or a look round the lovely shops. I would not recommend the restaurant next door (not associated) it is always busy due to its location but it was absolutely awful. Pizzas soggy, carbonara was curdled and greasy, calamari overcooked and inedible, and the service was appalling. Plenty of lovely eateries further up.

Excellent location, a quick stroll to beach and a short drive ( walkable ) to the port area and villasimius. Staff in the restauraunt and throughout the complex were execllent. Exceeded expectations. Great pool. Family of turtles in garden!

It was one of the best host ever! Laura has created the atmosphere of home, surrounding by the care and love each moment of our stay and corner of the house. If you think about “above expectation” - it’s exactly Laura’s hospitality! Related to the property, all is super new and stylish, clean (cleaning lady comes every day), inside of apartments there is everything needed for comfortable vacation. 5 mins to get the beach/port/ bars. There are a lot of small details for guests comfort like towels for swimming pool, umbrellas for a beach, masks for snorkelling etc. it’s highly recommended!

We had a great stay here. The property was clean and very functional. The staff worked exceptionally hard to keep the place clean, the pool was one of the cleanest I’ve seen. Close to shops and town, further from the beaches but we used the free bike rental to cycle to a different beach nearly everyday, all a few km away. The best bit of the apartment was the friendly, helpful and always on hand staff.

White sandy beaches lie just 400 metres from Residence Fenicia, which provides a heated outdoor pool and free WiFi throughout. Villasimius is 1 km away.

Everything was outstanding. I highly recommend. If I had to come back to Sardinia, I'd surely come back here!
