The view of Massimo Opera House right in front of our balcony is just totally unbelievable. Palazzo Sovrana is a well maintain and classy building. Paola and Filippo provide top service, the apartment is modern and clean, shower pressure is good. Breakfast at the cafe next to the apartment building is fantastic, we are able to order anything we like to try. Overall it is a wonderful experience to be able to stay at such an amazing place, it brings our trip in Palermo to a different level.

We booked a deluxe apartment and were upgraded to a penthouse suite, amazing with great views. Suite was great, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Parking across feom from door in private garage at €12 per day, also great! Cusromer service was excellent too. We accidentally broke the suite key inside the lock and it was a sunday. Not sure how but customer service solved it for us while we were on a walk tour around Palermo. We were very impressed

    Although initially given the wrong room, the studio apartment which we had booked and eventually transferred to was stylish, very comfortable and in a great location for many historical sites, bars and restaurants. It had everything needed for simple self-catering and relaxing. Good comfy bed with nice bed-linen and towels. We arrived by train which was a 25 minute walk away. A great coffee/gelato place across the road and plenty of other places nearby to eat/drink. Ivan and Rosada both very helpful and friendly. .
