Amazing location with absolutely wonderful accommodation. The garden, pool, and the whole setting is truly beautiful and hosted superbly by Kate. Breakfast was delicious, healthy and great variety. It’s lovely to see when the owners invest such love and care into their property and services.

This place exceeded our expectations. The hosts were amazing. Silvia was lovely And spoke English very well. Her parents were also lovely. Her dad played soccer and ping pong with my boys. It was clear he loves children, even though he was unable to fully communicate with them. His warmth is felt by everyone. The pool area is very well kept and was such a nice reprieve from the hot days. The little casitas were spacious and very clean. The property is only 3mins from town so it was very convenient. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with easy access to Otranto, especially when traveling with children.

We particularly liked the size of the property with plenty of space and being a couple of kilometers out of Otranto yet only a 5 minute drive to plenty of parking and a Conrad and Eurospin supermarket as well as an easy walk into central Otranto. Nice walks to the sea and rocks and little beaches right out the front of the property. Bicycles available if one wants. Reasonable kitchen to cook in and nice little terrace to sit on.

Situated within 1.2 km of Frassanito Beach and 9 km of Roca in Otranto, Residence Blu Mare provides accommodation with seating area.

So happy we've found this place! It ticked all the boxes for us: it was quiet, relaxing and very clean. It is located in a perfect spot for day trips to Otranto, Maglie, Lecce and of course the most beautiful beaches nearby. We live in the UK and we're not used to having sweet breakfast, however the hotel breakfast was fab! Everything is fresh and very tasty. They serve eggs (fried and scrambled), bacon and there is also ham, cheese and rolls to choose from if you are not a fan of croissants and cake first thing in the morning. Coffee is delicious too. The staff in the hotel are truly amazing, genuinely welcoming and lovely people. The lady who serves breakfast is a diamond, she manages this kitchen like a real professional; nothing is ever too much. The apartment is cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. There is a private parking provided for no additional cost. Guirdignano, where the hotel is located, is a small and quiet town but it has a real charm. We ate at 4 restaurants here and the food was very good every time. Thank you so much Bellaria Residence!

We liked everything. The room is clean, has everything you need. Availability of a kitchen, a great place to relax on sun loungers on the territory. The presence of a home bird farm was a surprise and this makes this place very interesting to visit.

We had a truly wonderful stay – the host family makes sure you enjoy every single moment. Antonio gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants, sights, local festivals and hidden gems in the area, while his wife Alessandra treated us to the most delicious breakfasts made with produce from their garden and her homemade pastries. They were so kind and welcoming that they even invited us to join their wine harvest – an unforgettable experience we will always treasure. The masseria itself is beautiful, and our spacious room with its own private terrace was both comfortable and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We spent four night in this wonderful boutique hotel. The pool is awesome and very relaxing. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is designed like italian rustic farm house, we loved the details, the mediterran garden.
