We stayed in the studio with terrace, which had a lovely outdoor space, as well as a separate balcony. Property was clean, modern and comfortable, with small kitchen area and comfy bed. Great location close to the Main Street.

The location was great, so close the beach and the view was beautiful. The two pool options were great and having the 3 restaurants was useful. Having a car park for guests right at the beach was extremely convenient. Our little apartment had all the basics for cooking in the room if we wanted and the outdoor patio was nice. The whole place had a welcoming beach holiday vibe and we wished we had booked for more days.

Rustic property with fantastic views. Facilities were ok, but great atmosphere. Food was good, but not exceptional. Friendly staff. Generally the place needs a bit of repairs, but only minor. Did not detract from the experience. The pool with views over the bay. Easy access and very helpful staff.

A little out of town. Still, we found restaurants with good food and affordable prices. The accommodation was top notch, everything is brand new. Super clean. We even had our own entrance to the street, yet it was peaceful. Barbara was very helful and super, super kind.

Villa Olbia was exceptional. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the facilities are beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom, kitchen and a small space with a sofa. At the same time, although the neighborhood is not central, going to the center of Olbia is super fast by car or walking is a nice 40 minute walk. Thank you very much Giada for your constant attention and recommendations! I am sure we will go back

Our villa was really lovely. Inside was everything we needed, it was like a home from home but with a hotel feel. Everything was very clean and tidy. All contactless entry to villa compound and villa were all really well explained, we had absolutely no trouble finding the villa late at night in the dark and found everything we needed to get in very easily with good instructions. The place felt very safe for my children as there was only one way in/out that was gated and locked at all times. The pool was very clean when we arrived and was cleaned during our stay too. The beds were so comfy and extra blankets were provided too. The rooms were spacious and it was great having both a bathroom and en suite. The villa is really close to a shop; within walking distance and also within walking distance of a really lovely beach with amazing clear water, amazing for snorkelling. We hired a car from the airport and got to the villa in 15 minutes, everything is close enough but not right in a town so still has that lovely village feel.
