We had the best stay in whole Italy so far! The vacation journey starts already with being welcomed by the owner, very friendly and service oriented. He provided us with lots of information what to do and most importantly: where to eat. This hotel experience was based on a very personal level (me frequent guest at 4seasons and the mandarin) it was the same service which was unexpected. The hotel itself was very well thought out, high end finishing, big terrace with a sea view, big windows, big shower and big whirlpool. The cherry on top for me was the private sauna. Location: very central! In 7-10 minutes by walking you will enter the beautiful center of Palermo and on the way are lots of local restaurant and cafes. For us it was the perfect location, because you could escape the wild tourism. Big thanks to the owner Gianpiero and his team! We are coming back soon!

I have been traveling through Italy for 2 months and stayed in 17 hotels and I can wholeheartedly say that this is the best residence I have had. What you get for the price is amazing, A giant apartment with kitchen, bedroom, big bathroom and a nice terrace where you can have a drink and just enjoy the peace. WiFi was perfect, facilities were good (all the extra bathroom stuff were really nice), public transport is right around the corner so you can go to the central. the host was very nice and helping. Always on stand by if you need anything. Honestly would highly recommend if you visit Palermo!!

We booked a deluxe apartment and were upgraded to a penthouse suite, amazing with great views. Suite was great, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Parking across feom from door in private garage at €12 per day, also great! Cusromer service was excellent too. We accidentally broke the suite key inside the lock and it was a sunday. Not sure how but customer service solved it for us while we were on a walk tour around Palermo. We were very impressed
