The breakfast was gourmet and bountiful. There were so many different kinds of pastries, a wonderful selection of cold cuts and sliced vegetables and so much more. The location was excellent. We could walk everywhere from the hotel. The neighborhood is charming, and there are many great restaurants and cafés.

10 out of 10!! The best place I've ever stayed in! In order to make sure that everything was under control because we went to Florence for our honeymoon, I sent an email to Relais Piazza Signoria and they changed our standard room to a suite with no charge! It was present for our honeymoon and we thank you! It was extremely kind of you! The room was perfect! The location, too! I totally recommend it!!!

Such a lovely stay! Our apartment was really clean, tidied daily. Very spacious, amazing views of Florence from the windows and balcony. Quiet accommodation and the bed was great quality (slept 11 hours on the first night…)! Couldn’t beat its location - in all directions were restaurants, shops, attractions etc. Overall, 10/10!

It was a full apartment with a spacious living room, a kitchen and a bedroom. We were lucky we got the ground floor apartment so there was a little garden with outdoor sitting area. Very nice design, minimalist and stylish. 20 minutes walk from the duomo. Great price for what we got for sure!!

I loved my short trip to Florence. I have booked the suite in the very center and it was comfy - everything is close. The place is super clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, beautiful and stylish. I had a basic rate, but despite the very small fee, I was still offered free coffee, tea and snacks. cool! Administrator Lika, who did my check-in, was very kind and told me which exhibitions I could go to. Great work, guys, thanks!

    It’s an incredible property with the best amenities one can ask for ! Location is bang on ! Hands down the best serviced apartment ever stayed at ! We were in a 2 bed apartment family of five. We were shocked at how big the layout was. Yes it was very expensive but you pay for what you get.

    Lovely apartment hotel . Spacious and very comfortable . Staff especially Gina was great.Communication was clear and very helpful via the booking.com chat . Attention to detail was second to none, to the point where even baby soap and shampoo was provided . Location is great , 12 min by tram to the city centre .There is a a tram station about 200m from the apartment . There was ample clean Linen and fresh towels with a nice coffee machine and kettle too.
