We had a truly wonderful stay at Salida del Sol in Santorini! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The breakfast was tailored to our individual preferences each morning – fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The room and private pool were cleaned daily and always spotless, making our stay feel exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. What truly made our experience stand out was the hospitality of the hotel owner. He personally picked us up from the airport, gave us a warm welcome, and took the time to show us everything we needed to know about our room and the property. Throughout our entire stay, he was always available, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. We felt incredibly well looked after and appreciated every moment. This is an absolutely stunning new hotel with fantastic views over the houses on the hill and the beautiful caldera. Private space with a pool on the deck was fabulous and having breakfast on the deck was a real treat. Everything was perfect with our short stay, we wish we could have stayed longer.
