Everything to our liking. The room is big and clean. The view from the balcony is magnificent. The property has a lush garden with flowers and fruit trees. It is within walking distance to the beach. The homemade breakfast is such a sweet touch. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. We feel like we are staying with friends. I will give an extra star for the humor:)

The location is spectacular. I only had to walk a couple of minutes to be on the beach. The apartment had a small terrace only for us, and we could park right next to the house. The house itselt was perfect, although the cupboards were completely empty (meaning no instant coffee or tea, or salt/pepper/oil). The bathroom has a large shower and was very comfortable. I woke up to see the sunrise and there was NOBODY on the beach, which made it priceless. Going to Koroni for dinner took a 15 minutes ride and the town is adorable. Breakfast at Peroulia's house beach restaurant was delicious.

Foinkounta View was so lovely we decided to stay an additional night. It is up the hill from the town, but easy to find using the Google map provided after booking. We did arrive when it was still light out so that helped too. The town is around 10 minutes away and has a nice beach and lots of choices for going out. The hosts were very gracious and provided a very nice, included breakfast which included Bougatsa and Saganaki as well as delicious yogurt and other items. Our room had pool, garden and sea views, was roomy and modern.

Located 180 metres from the famous Foinikounta Beach in Messinia, the white-washed Viva Mare features a swimming pool.

The room was large and very comfortable! The pool was outstanding. The hotel was very close to the supermarket, shops, tavernas, and the BEACH!!

Very nice hotel in an excellent spot. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The owners are always there and they are very friendly and cosy.

The staff was very polite, responsive, and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, and it offered a view of the sea. The prices at the hotel's tavern were reasonable. There was a private parking area in a shady garden. The hotel had a good location, close to the beach.

Lovely place, decorated to a very high modern spec. The private pool is of course the highlight. You see the sun rising up over the sea as you sit on the patio and eat your breakfast or lunch. Great location to use as a base for driving around kalamata and the villages in the area like koroni and methoni. There's a wonderful friendly little terrier boubou living in the suite above, she was sometimes outside waiting to say hello to us as we came and went. The literal cutest dog in the world.

Practical location, close to the beach and the shops, bars, restaurants etc, but still far from the noise associated with them. Friendly staff, daily cleaning of the room and daily change of towels. An overall great experience!
