Brand new appartment, with state of the art detailing! Very spacious and clean. Quite, even though it is right in the busy center of the city. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The host is very communicative and willing to provide helpful information. Replies to queries promptly. The location and price, the overall feel of the place. Two thicknesses of double glazed windows meant there was *no* sound from outside, and I think it was a quiet enough area anyway. The area itself is really handy for the centre and old town, so it's also not too far from the amazing market and the KTEL. This is not indentikit IKEA nonsense. It's an older building, and I think thoughtfully decorated, although not everyone will be a fan. I really appreciated the little extras - chocolate and cartons of drink in the fridge (as well as water), and that there's a sandwich toaster available. I didn't use the terrace, but it looked nice. Would I come again? Almost certainly, if I just needed a nice double room. Would my wife like it? Maybe. She might not appreciate the long flight of stairs, or every aspect of the decoration.

The property was immaculate, well-appointed, and had plenty of space. Stathis was very helpful when we had any problems. The location is great, convenient for downtown and the beach.
