Everything was great, the room was spacious and everything worked perfectly, there was air conditioning, the bathroom and kitchen were great, the parking garage always had space for out car and we felt safe in the neighbourhood, there was a bunch of stores and a bakery nearby, the beach is 10min away with car and so it the old town, nice is 40 min away which was also reallt nice! Would stay again!

Fantastic location next to the bus and train station. A short walk to the centre of Antibes and local shops. If you don’t want to pay the cleaning fee (60 euro) you need to take your used linen and towels to the reception area after your stay for them to be washed. You also need to clean the kitchenette - Eg: put dishes and glasses back in the cupboards. The view from the swimming pool on the roof is amazing. There is also another swimming pool located outside in the garden area. We did not pay to eat breakfast - but if you do it is 12 euro per adult and 6 euro per child. We will definitely come back here again as it is good value for money. They provide you with one toilet paper roll - but you have to buy your own when it finishes!! Check in is 5pm and check out is 10am.

I am hesitant to describe how much I enjoyed this long stay of 6 nights during the Cannes Lions. From the moment Pascal personally greeted me, explained the set-up and privacy of the room, albeit with a private bathroom 1 meter outside the main room, everything was great! It is super quiet, comfortable, and the location CANNOT be beaten. There is a nice window allowing natural light all day without a view per se. And the AC was at the perfect temperature all the time.

The property was decorated beautifully. It was very quiet. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. This was a very last minute booking after being let down by another apartment that didn’t have the facilities it stated so was very pleased they could accommodate us. Plenty of parking, I drove a van for work and I often have trouble parking it because of the size, no problem here, parking spaces were very big
