The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly—they recommended great spots to visit and hidden gems, including authentic, affordable, and delicious restaurants. The place itself is impeccable: modern, chic, and beautifully maintained. I stayed for 16 nights. In the beginning, there was a slight issue with an unpleasant smell from the bathroom pipes, which can happen in a remodeled building in a historic city center. But the team handled it efficiently and resolved the issue quickly. So, don’t let older reviews about the smell discourage you—it’s been taken care of. Honestly, the location is unbeatable, and the room is spacious for the price. With a kitchen, fridge, and balcony, it feels truly luxurious. And the pool? Absolutely chic. Highly recommended!

Room went beyond expectation. Convenient location, amazing view, facilities like hairdryer, strong pressure in shower, microwave, kettle, etc. Room was very clean. I can currently rate this property at 9.9/10. In general, the house has been overhauled and everything new has been installed. There is an elevator. Everything that is in the description corresponds to reality. It was nice to spend time there like at home. Shower, toilet, air conditioner, electric kettle, etc. - functions as it should. The area is normal, it was quite quiet at night. The entrance to the house and the apartment is keyless, which is very convenient. In general, only positive emotions. When I come to Málaga again, I will book a room here (of course, if the prices do not rise too much). The only thing I didn't like a little is the lack of a closet or shelves. Yes, of course there are several hangers for clothes, but it is difficult to organize everything in this way. It would be nice to have a chest of drawers or a small closet so that you don't make a mess in the room with your things (because some people can come with a whole suitcase of things and they will be hung all over the room and on all the chairs). I think it would be enough to have at least the simplest one, which does not have a door, but such simple shelves made of empty squares, which are used, for example, as bookshelves, they have different shapes and sizes. I think it would be convenient. This is just advice for the owner and in no way a claim. And one more piece of advice, this applies only to rooms with stairs to the upper floor, I think it is worth providing the metal corners of the stairs with some soft overlays, or at least paint them with yellow or fluorescent paint, or stick some light-accumulating stickers... I think so will be safer and less likely to hit your head. This is just a tip for the homeowner. My stay in this house was wonderful.

We stayed in a One-Bedroom Suite with Sofa Bed and were genuinely impressed. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was spotless - and I say that as someone who usually notices the tiniest thing. The kitchenette came fully equipped with all sorts of appliances, and every single one of them was perfectly clean. Bathroom taps were top quality, with great water pressure and easy temperature control - such a small thing but makes a big difference. The suite was spacious, with plenty of storage and a comfy sofa. The underground parking worked well for us - we had a reserved space for the whole stay, which was super convenient (though it’s worth noting the building houses more than just this hotel, so I’m not sure how many spots they actually have). Breakfast was decent - maybe not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely very good, and I appreciated that they rotated dishes so it wasn’t the same every morning. Special mention for the aubergine stew - really delicious! One detail that really won us over was the 24/7 free coffee and tea machine in the lobby - such a thoughtful touch! Also, housekeeping always respected the “Do not disturb” sign, which doesn’t always happen elsewhere. Would definitely stay again.
