Great little aparthotel with super friendly staff. It's not like it's a luxury hotel, but for the category of hotel it's in, everything is extremely well done. Better customer service than you often get in hotels for double the price. Great location, clean rooms, lovely pool area without any lounger reservation fiasco. Just can't fault them really.

Villa Estrella Polar is set in Tahiche and has a heated pool and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The aparthotel features family rooms.

Our hosts, Ana and Johnny were extremely warm and welcoming. The villa was close to the airport and a short drive from Arreciffe plus walking distance from Tahiche Volcano and a lava field (if you're feeling adventurous as we were), and Cesar Manrique's Foundacion. All three were highlights of the vicinity. But most of all, Ana and Johnny. We could not have wished for better hosts. We look forward to returning and staying there again.

Such a beautiful place, visually, really great food and cleanliness, wonderful location of the room - with terrace next to the pool, very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Fun and diverse animation during day and night. Kind and helpful personnel, allowing you even to feed the parrots. Great location of the hotel (near the beach, supermarket and walking line)

Having a shower tray on the ground rather than the shower in a bath tub was a great help to me as I suffer from bad arthritis.
