We loved the layout and the size of the room, the facilities, the location of the hotel, the kindness of the receptionist. We could also buy tickets for Loro Parque and La Gomera directly from the hotel which was a big plus. We discovered late the pool on the roof, because we visited the surroundings most of the time, but it's a cool place to get some sun if you don't want to go to the beach (which is close). We also had breakfast there for 2 or 3 days and we were very happy for the money that we payed. The hotel serves also dinners, but we didn't try them. I still find it cool though. We had also a rented car so the parking was a small issue. But we found parking places in the street and in a nearby private parking.

The facility is located in a perfect location, 20 minutes from the city center and beautiful beaches. A great opportunity to take a walk after breakfast or lunch. There are parking spaces everywhere, that's what worried us the most. There are large parking lots by the beaches that are free. From the building on two sides there are beautiful botanical gardens and stairs A.C. The staff is friendly, our rooms are cleaned every day. Cleaning is included in the price. The cleaning ladies regularly changed towels and made our beds. That thrilled me. The swimming pool is also part of the building. Recommendations and we will certainly return to the same facility.

We just finished a lovely stay here and were very impressed. The location is fantastic – we couldn't have asked for a better spot for getting around. Plus, the whole place is very clean, which is always appreciated. But honestly, the staff made the experience. We actually had a few issues with our reservation when we checked in. The receptionist, Ivan, was brilliant. He was so patient, immediately helpful, and managed to solve all our reservation problems without any fuss. It was a really stressful moment for us, but Ivan handled it perfectly. Highly recommend this place!

Exceeded all expectations, a cozy room with an incredibly beautiful view of the Orotava valley, mountain Teide and the ocean was also visible from the other side. The room had everything you need, clean, fabulous pool right in the garden, next to the hotel all the necessary infrastructure,- bus stop, shops, laundry. I'm sure I'll be back again and again.
