We have been travelling for 4 weeks, this was by far our most favourite accommodation. What made it so great, was the amazing staff! Slavo went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and we cannot thank him enough. The hotel even organised an upgrade and champagne and chocolates for our honeymoon. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, and Slavo sent us lots of restaurant recommendations. Communication was great.

Excellent location, few steps from historical downtown. Very helpfull staff. Bonus: they have a good contract with a neighbouring underground parking. Good place to place your rented car at reasonable costs.

Ramón Llull is located in Palma de Mallorca old town. Offering free WiFi, the air-conditioned apartments are a 3-minute walk from the Cathedral.

Perfect location. The terrace was gorgeous, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and gave us directions for sightseeing. I will definitely come back to this place.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, especially Natalie and the kitchen manager. The rooms were clean and we got nice view of the pool and sea. We took the half board package, which came with great breakfast and dinner buffet service (along with musicians playing throught the dinner buffet).. Location is nearby bus stop if heading towards the town or airport. Worth the price and in overall, great stay.

Great hotel and location. Everything was clean and nice staff.

it was just perfect, really everything, we had a wonderful time….pool very nice, see/quasi private beach just few meters walk down the stairs; staff professional and very helpful, we had only breakfast but very pleased with freshness and choices, really incredible….Also great that the place is just a short drive from Palma, and also close to the motorway so easy to hit the road towards any tourist attractions

The location of the property is exceptional, right next to the beach, with beach facing view from the room with the sound of waves. Restaurants and market right outside the hotel building. The staff specially Carlos was very kind and welcoming, put a smile to our faces, helped us with public parking information as well. Didn't get a chance to use the facilities but I regret not staying here longer, maybe next time.
