We stayed at the apartment for one week. The location was perfect for exploring Madrid, close to the train station Atocha und the museums. We felt like being the first guests in the room, everything very new and good quality. We entered house and room with a code, all the check-in was online, but the staff could be contacted via WhatsApp and was very helpful and very friendly when we had questions or a special wish like an extra blanket. We would highly recommend staying there!! We could leave the luggage after check-out

I loved this hotel. It began with the friendly receptionist. Lovely big room and bathroom. Very quiet. We had a room at the back. Comfortable beds and good wifi. The location is very good, just around the corner of metro station (where you can also buy tickets for it). The apartment is very clean, cosy and it has everything you need. The staff was very kind and they immediately came to help us when we had problems (with the code).

    The 2bd/2ba apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was top quality. Modern furniture and spacious, large living room and dining room. A/C, electric blinds and soundproof double glass. Comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop. The apartment hotel is located on the Gran Via in the center of everything and within walking distance to everywhere including bars, restaurants and of course shopping. The staff were gracious and helpful. There’s a cute rooftop bar with amazing sunset views.
