To me cleanness level, bed linen, water pressure in the shower are most important characteristics and this place truly impressed me. Ok, maybe it’s not new but it actually works as positive future because you can see how are the owners take care of this property with care and love and you certainly can feel the corresponding ambiance to the village itself. You can feel the peace and quiet while in there. Only few people in swimming pool so you won’t be short of sun beds etc like you would in a hotel. Kitchen is small but totally enough to cater for a family. Every detail is clean and freshly painted. The apartment maintains pleasant temperature even during the warm hours. Nice view from the balcony and available car park. The residence is only 5-6 mins drive from a biggish town which makes things even better. The owners are very humble and caring - a very rare thing these days. Thank you!

The staff are phenomenal, Leandro and the other man at reception, Marta very nice too. Leandro remembered us from the last time we went last year. Super friendly, fantastic apartment- very clean, quiet, huge terrace. My son loves the pool and slides.

Cati was absolutely lovely before & during our stay - very helpful, accomodating and responsive. We couldn’t be happier with how she looked after us! The location was great - a quiet, quaint, peaceful spot to relax with some good restaurants very close by. supermarkets also very close by. laundromat not far, in the next town. The car parking at the villa was great! There is a private car park as well as plenty of street parking. The apartment was lovely, with everything we needed for a few days stay. We would love to go back and stay here again.It

Location is great in terms of beach access, cala pi beach is just 3 mins away. There are not many restaurants around. Area is a bit remote, but we liked that. Apartment is great, you have a huge living room, balcony, speacial room for rack & drying, cosy bedroom and comfy bed. We also had a very good terrace w/ barbeque and sunbeds. Breakfast was nice, (not incredible) but enough for us. Downstairs, there is a small market, you can find many thing. There is a very good pizzeria and another restaurant. All in all, good value for money, if you want to have a chill and remote vacation. We will come back for sure

Perfect location! Perfect small beach that must be taken care by the hotel as unrespectful guests leave their cigarets there as if it was a normal procedure... Information pannels must be placed to avoid this non-sense and simple tricks like plastic ashtrays placed on beach.
