It was truly a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. Additionally, I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and communicative, which greatly enhanced our stay. I would like to extend a special thank you to Amanda and Carla. Their exceptional niceness and efficiency made both our check-in and check-out processes incredibly smooth. Their helpfulness was truly appreciated. The location was great. Two stations are in 5 mins walk from hotel. It was quiet clean area. I would highly recommend this aparthotel.

Is very nice place and localization. Cosy, spacious room, Delicious breakfast prepared with spacial care of every kind of taste and customer, vegan as well. Food was served fresh, everything prepared professionally with heart and full commitment like in the best worlds restaurants. We travel a lot and we have never been so nice surprised. The place is very relaxing, clean, and tidy. Everything feels fresh and new, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Two of us stayed in an apartment, rather than a room. We spent spend four days during the heat wave specifically to be somewhere with air conditioning, as we live on our boat. The staff deliberately put us into an apartment on the side of the building away from the sun, and the air conditioning kept the room cool even in the 101 degree heat. The kitchen particularly impressed me. Whoever selected the cookware, tools and gadgets must be a cook. Potato peeler, spatula, SHARP knives, etc., etc. The dishwasher was a terrific addition as we did cook in the flat. The staff was very kind at all times. They even gave us a topper when we said the mattress was too hard. The pub-style game room/lounge was very comfortable and welcoming. The onsite washing machine and dryer make it obvious that the Adagio is a great choice for people who spend several days in Frankfurt If this aparthotel is typical of the Accor chain, they definitely will see me as a repeat customer. Another thing worth noting is that there is a tram that runs directly in front of the building, and it is only a five-minute walk to the U-Bahn, so the location is very convenient. There is a large park across the street, and several restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.
