Missed the train coming in and arrived late. They had the room key in reception ready and waiting. The team was all around great and the breakfast was delicious every morning.

Our second visit within six months!! We find the location excellent as we always come by car. Free street parking straight outside the hotel is so convenient. The tram is within a 5-minute walk and takes us straight to Lister Meile or Hannover Central in 4/5 stops. Always friendly, obliging staff to greet us. The breakfast buffet was generous and fresh.
