Excellent Hotel. Design was modern and contemporary. Breakfast was first class and luxurious. Also the personal touch and service was the best I have experienced in over 15 years of bussiness travel. Will give 12 over 10 if I could. The extra two points are for the pleasant surprise gift I got on my birthday. A day after I checked in. Attention to service was unparalleled.

Boutique Charme Apartments, specially our flat Lorena was spacious, with nice furniture, very clean. I like very much the small balcony, where we could drink our morning coffee with my husband. We listened to the church bells, we could watch how the city fall asleep and wake up. It is in the top city center, all shops and nice restaurants are around. Very convinient location. Very nice host Maximilian. He allowed us to check in earlier and to check 1 hour later, it was possible. There is an option to store your luggage in 3 min walking distance, in their office. So, all services are included. We always stay in hotels in Baden-Baden till now, but next time we will choose Maximilian's apartment.

Very centrally placed in old town, big enough for 4 people, lots of amenities (appreciate the washing machine in the bathroom). Apartment is also very quiet as in a small street near the main church Host was very amicable and appreciate the parking ticket for the car (for an additional fee). Parking is about 3-5mn walk from the property itself

the self-service bar downstairs was simply amazing. my husband and I had a great evening there. the interiors of the room and bathroom are very different from what you would usually come across in a German hotel. we loved the Mediterranean vibe. the owners (and their dog!) are also very nice and friendly :)

It was an interesting place to stay with a rich history and everything we needed for our holiday. It was fully accessible for our disabled son. The view and terrace were wonderful. Everything required for cooking was there. Very comfortable.
