Breakfast was great, in particular local cheese, which I like but a lot was available, boiled eggs, bread and toppings, yogurt, cereals, coffee and much more. More me the location was perfect, because I needed to go to Monte Verità on a daily basis but I did not come by car. It is a much more difficult trip from the Ascona side up the hill. The staff were very polite and helpful, probably more so than in any other place I have been to. I even received a few locally made chocolate bars as a gift upon leaving. Because it is a rather small place and the staff is apparently multiple friends that run the business together, the staff-to-customer rate was extremely high. Because I was there for work, I really didn't have time to do things such as swim in the swimming pool, but the garden and pool area looked really nice.

Loved that the apartment was in the old town just off the main square, so great for exploring the town but also close to walk to the lake front. There is a supermarket close by in the square. The apartment was very spacious, very comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything necessary. The host was very helpful and went out of her to help us find the parking when we got lost which we so appreciated.

We had very nice stay at Tertanium. Apartment was very spacious and the food in the restaurant was delicious! All staff was very friendly and welcoming and very kind receptionost helped us with our special requests we had.

The location was great. Central but quiet. Right above piazza grande. Rooms ver extremly clean, spacious and with nice interiour. Self check-in was very smooth and easy. Really self explanatory. The stay was great!

Beautiful location, breath-taking views, very convenient apartment that had everything to feel like home, pleasant and relaxing pool area. Location of the property is great to explore Lugano and Italian border area while being in a quiet and cozy resort.
