A very Modern, beautiful and clean facility. Exceptional service. During our 3 nights stay we asked for a few things, and each time in less than 30 minutes, the hotel staff were at our door providing what we requested.Really amazing service. The building Lobby, Gy, pool and apartments appear brand new. Evrything works. We were upgraded from a studio apartment to a one bedroom apartment with balcony and it was extremely spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was more than well stocked with high quality amenities. Great central location. Parking is a little pricey at $30 a night, but that seems to be the going rate anywhere in canberra central area. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and efficient in addressing any Question. A truly five star facility. I am very picky, but this Apartment hotel exceeded all my expectations!

The location of Abode Gungahlin is very convenient. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the light rail terminal and big shopping mall. We arrived at Sydney airport and caught the coach to Canberra. The coach bus station is right next to the light rail terminal so we took the light rail to Abode Gungahlin. Therefore, there is no need to rent a car. We felt like we were at home. They provide milk, coffee and tea. They also provide washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and coffee maker. We were there for a month so the above mentioned household equipment was necessary for us. They also offer dish washing detergent, laundry detergent and dishwasher powder. The household equipment is in good condition and easy to operate. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at Abode Gungahlin again.
