This place felt like true luxury from beginning to end. We stayed for four days and it was the highlight of our trip in Austria! Staff were incredibly friendly, efficient and professional. Half-board was good value for money and spa area was nice. Location was excellent and convenient to reach the ski area by car.

Staff - extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The woman at the front desk was great! Location - the hotel is surrounded by mountains and the view in the evening and in the morning are splendid. However, to get there, you will probably need to have a car. Room - it is a very nice room, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Balcony is spacious and a place, where you can enjoy a view on the surrounding area. Bed linen and towels are provided (also bathrobes). WiFi - WiFi was great, it was working nicely. Parking - there is enough parking spots in front of the hotel. Swimming pool - it is decent size, nice to relax and enjoy the water (note that the water is warm-cool). Open till 22:00. Overall, the hotel is a very nice place and definitely worth to stay there if you visit either Innsbruck or are going to ski.

- right next to the Imperial Palace and with a view of St Jacob Church, easy and short walk to the town center - a few minutes walk to the bus lines to Patscherkofel and Crystal Worlds - kitchen is fully functional, with dish washing sponges and a vegetable peeler (if i remember correctly), which other fully stocked kitchens may not have - all in all, a very comfortable apartment - it is self check in but our reservation couldn't be found. we picked up the phone next to the check in station and it is a real person! we ended up walking to the main hotel to get our key cards. Easy access to a real person during checking in, i want to add ten points!

This hotel was the perfect choice! Everything was within walking distance, making it super easy to explore the area. Getting in and out was simple, with no hassle at all. The breathtaking Mountain View’s. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a convenient and peaceful place with amazing views, this is the one. Highly recommended!

Easy seamless check-in. Room had a lot of amenities including a stove and dish washer. There was even a laundry machine and dryer in the building which the guests were allowed to use. There is no staff at the reception (since it's contact less) however there is a contact number to call. There was no wait time and the staff was super helpful.

MONDI Hotel Axams is located in the scenic village of Axams, 8 km from Innsbruck. It offers spacious rooms and a newly renovated indoor pool.

Great location and Mountain View, nicely refurbished rooms with all you need, nice swimming pool, sauna and infrared cabin, great breakfast and super friendly staff. I’ll stay there again 😃
